Over the years I have designed many expense vouchers. Below is an example of my last expense voucher.
Ultimately having worked in a few finance environments I often witnessed an accounts assistant or accounts payable clerk shaking their heads at a badly filled in expense voucher! This often resulted in a great deal of time being spent coding the various expenses in order to process. Similarly some employees would often find the expense voucher difficult to complete.
With this in mind I created an Expense voucher that gave the employee options (dropdown menus) and automatically coded the various expenses for the accounts department.
