Our prices for Ltd Company work start from £400 + VAT per year. All of our prices are agreed upfront with you and are fixed for a year.

Providing all information provided is accurate quotes will be honoured. Once terms of engagement have been signed the agreed price will be fixed for one year, subject to there being no additional work requirements.

We reserve the right to update the quote file and will check all quotes against our latest version before proceeding to terms of engagement.

The services we currently offer to Limited companies includes the following:

Basic book keeping collecting paperwork each month or quarter and posting all financials as well as storing paperwork and results, or returning them as appropriate

VAT Returns on both cash and invoice basis each quarter

Full employer services from registering a company as an employer to providing monthly payslips, informing the Company of financial obligations to the Inland Revenue and completing all required statutory employer returns to the Inland Revenue

Dividend paperwork for shareholders of Ltd companies when required

All Company returns to both the Inland Revenue and Companies House at the end of the financial year including the non financial Annual Return to Companies House

Full range of management accounting services. This can include cashflow forecasts, result packs, expenditure analysis and budgeting as well as wide range of other services depending on your individual company requirements.
